Atty. Lauren N. Sesay

Atty. Lauren N. Sesay is an Associate with the Tax, Employment and Regulation (TER) Practice Group at Heritage Partners and Associates, LLC. (HPA). She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law, University of Liberia, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics from Stella Maris Polytechnic University.

Atty. Sesay provides legal services to clients across various sectors, and her practice encompasses commercial litigation, legal advisory, the drafting and issuance of legal opinions on commercial, labor, and corporate matters, corporate transactions, and regulatory and compliance matters.

Prior to her admission to the Liberian National Bar in February 2025, Atty. Sesay worked as a Legal Intern with HPA beginning in August 2024. Before joining HPA, she gained professional experience working as a Cashier/Subgrants Assistant with The Carter Center and as a Grants and Procurement Assistant with Winrock International under the USAID Access to Improved Drinking Water Project in Montserrado and Margibi Counties.
