Atty. Bournad A. Bondo II

Dounard Almamy Bondo II is a legal researcher and journalist. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law, University of Liberia, and a Master of Law in International Maritime law from Swansea University, UK.

Dounard also holds a BSc in International Law and Diplomacy from Babcock University, Nigeria. ​ Before coming to HPA, Dounard worked as a communications professional in Liberia's NGO sector. He also worked as a journalist covering stories on human rights, transitional justice, development, and politics. His writings have been published across local and international outlets including the New York Times, Al Jazeera, BBC, and many others.
