Cllr. T. Negbalee Warner

Negbalee Warner is a transparency and anti-corruption expert based in Liberia. From 2007 to 2010 he was the Head of Secretariat for the Liberia Extractive Industry Transparency Initiative and from 2003 to 2005 he was Executive Director at the Central Bank of Liberia.

Negbalee also led the drafting of Liberia’s National Anti-Corruption Policy and Strategy, as well as the Act establishing Liberia’s Anti-Corruption Commission.
