Our litigation and dispute resolution practice draws on our extensive experience in trial advocacy and alternative methods of disputes resolution. Our litigation team appears before all courts up to the Supreme Court of Liberia.

We partner with our clients to manage risk and to avoid litigation wherever possible. When litigation is unavoidable, HPA focuses on the commercial objectives of clients, while assessing legal, commercial and reputationalrisk.

Notwithstanding our recognized litigation skills, we do increasingly advise and support our clients to choose and undertake arbitration and mediation in lieu of litigation.
