Our government business and regulation practice area handles (i) advisory and drafting support to various agencies of government regarding national legislations, administrative regulations, and policies; and (ii) also advising private clients on existing statutes and regulations (and proposed amendments thereto) relating to business registration, taxation, social security, leases and sale of real and personal property, etc.

Subject to absence of conflicts, this practice areas also leads our support to private clients in negotiations with government  for large-scale contracts and investment incentives.
